This group of non-magnetic materials has low dielectric losses in microwave range and is used as matching and constructive elements in microwave ferrite devices.

Microwave ceramics

Materials presented below are developed on the basis of magnesium silicate and magnesium and calcium titanates.
Materials have the high mechanical durability, chemical and thermal stability. Machining requires the diamond tool or ultrasonics.

Thermostable microwave ceramics

Materials are developed for production of matching and structure elements, substrates for hybrid units, filters, dielectric resonators and other microwave applications if there are the strict requirements to dielectric constant thermostability. These materials have the high mechanical durability, chemical and thermal stability.

Microwave polymer-based dielectrics

This is the materials group on basis of polymers filled with titan dioxide. These materials are being applied in the range of temperatures from 60oC up to +90oC. The machining is acceptable; the materials endure alkaline, acid attack and well stick together with metals.

Low Dielectric Constant microwave ceramics

The group of materials has low dielectric constant. These materials have a fine-cellular structure. The materials have low density and sealed porosity. The substantial advantage of the material compared with other dielectrics with low ε is high thermal endurance: material endures temperatures up to +500°C (short-time - up to +1000°C). It is chemically resistant material.The machining by means of sawing and grinding is acceptable.
